• Confirm your selection by clicking the checkmark. This will cost 50 Prefabs and 50 Heatstamps.

Construct the Research Institute:

• Click on the building icon located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
• Go to the Housing tab to find the Research Institute.
• Click the pulsating circle in the expanded Housing District to place the building.

Building the Research Institute costs 400 Workforce, 100 Heatstamps, and 50 Prefabs. Once it's built, you can begin researching new ideas to help your city thrive.
