How to Fix Throne and Liberty Kicked by Easy Anti Cheat Error 47?
Players in Throne and Liberty are getting kicked out of their sessions with an "Easy Anti-Cheat Error 47." The developers know about this issue and shared a temporary fix on Discord. Here’s how to fix it:
- Open Notepad on your PC.
- Open your Steam Library.
- Right-click Throne and Liberty.
- Click "Manage" and then "Browse Local Files."
- Open the "EasyAntiCheat" folder.
- Hold Shift and right-click the file “EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe” and choose “Copy as Path.”
- Paste the path into Notepad.
- After the path, type: install 58dec5a58e8f4ce6beca223311f65b4c
- Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
- Paste the full path and command into Run, then hit Enter.
- Select Yes if prompted.
After doing this, restart the game, and it should fix the Easy Anti-Cheat errors. Hopefully, the developers will release a better solution soon.

The game started as part of the Lineage series and was meant to be a sequel to the first Lineage, but its design was changed during development. It was first announced in 2011 as Lineage Eternal, but there were many delays. The first closed beta in South Korea happened in 2016. The game was renamed Project TL in 2017 and then Throne and Liberty in 2022.
