  • Agent clarity and consistency improvements = Breach, Sova, Clove, Killjoy, Cypher, Omen, Brimstone
• Maps
  • New map = Corrode
  • New mode = Corrode Only queue in Swiftplay for 5 days (to help you learn the map!)
  • For Competitive and Deathmatch = Bind and Corrode are in, Pearl and Split are out
  • For the first 2 weeks of Competitive, Corrode RR losses are reduced by 50%, wins are still 100% (to also help you learn the map!)
• Competitive
  • You may see less of a drop in rank after completing placements for this midseason reset.
  • The maximum rank you can place is now Ascendant 3 instead of Ascendant 1.
  • Now there’s other spicy updates, such as the esports hub coming to console, so grab a coffee and jump in below!

GENERAL UPDATES

• Suppression visual effects have been updated to be more visible on opponents to improve clarity of the debuff
• We’ve added new UI/UX animations around picking up the spike to hopefully make it more obvious when players have picked it up.

Valorant New Act Release Date

Valorant Season 25 Act 4 begins globally on June 25, 2025, with the release of Patch 11.00. The update features a new map called Corrode, set in the salt flats of northern France, blending medieval and industrial design.

Players can expect a new Battle Pass, agent balance changes (notably for Phoenix, Neon, and Reyna), and a soft competitive reset. Corrode will be available in Competitive mode from day one, with a reduced RR loss penalty for the first two weeks. A Swiftplay-only Corrode queue will run until June 30, 2025, letting players learn the map without risking rank.

Valorant New Act Release Time

The patch goes live at different times based on region. In North America, LATAM, and Brazil, it launches on June 25 between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM CT. For Europe, it's available June 26 between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM UTC, and in India and Asia-Pacific, between 2:30 AM and 4:30 AM IST on June 26.

Valorant 

Valorant is a 2020 first-person tactical hero shooter developed and published by Riot Games. A free-to-play game, it draws inspiration from the Counter-Strike series, incorporating mechanics like the buy menu, spray patterns, and movement inaccuracy.

Development began in 2014, with the game teased under the codename Project A in 2019. It was officially released on June 2, 2020, for Windows. In June 2024, Valorant was ported to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, but crossplay between PC and console clients was not introduced. The game quickly became popular in the competitive shooter genre.
