Qualification Details

• Junior Manager (Mechanical): First Class Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics
• Junior Manager (Production): First Class Degree in Production/Mechanical/Automobile/Manufacturing Engineering
• Junior Manager (Quality): First Class Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering with ME/M.Tech in Quality Engineering
• Junior Manager (Material Management): First Class Degree in Engineering/Technology with MBA/Post Graduate Degree in Materials Management
• Junior Manager (Electrical): First Class Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation
• Junior Manager (Business Analytics): First Class Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT, Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Economics
• Diploma Technician (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Automobile/Mechatronics Engineering
• Diploma Technician (Metallurgy): Diploma in Metallurgy Engineering/B.Sc Chemistry
• Diploma Technician (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Plant Maintenance Engineering
• Diploma Technician (Tool Design): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Tool & Die)
• Diploma Technician (Design): Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering with PG Diploma in Industrial Design (CAD)
• Diploma Technician (Quality & Inspection): Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Electrical Engineering with Certification in Quality Assurance
• Assistant (HR): First Class Degree with 1-year Diploma in Personnel Management/HR
• Assistant (Stores): First Class Degree with 1-year Diploma in Material Management/Supply Chain Management
• Assistant (Secretarial): First Class Degree with Diploma in Commercial Practice, Stenography & Typing Skills
• Junior Assistant (Contract): 3 Years Diploma in Commercial and Computer Practices/HSC with Typing Certificate

Age Limit

• The age of a person at time of engagement shall not be less than 18 years. The Upper Age Limit prescribed for all the posts shall not exceed 30 years on the date of advertisement.
• The Upper Age Limit is relaxed by 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates in the post reserved for them
• The Upper Age Limit is relaxed by 10 years for Person with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD).
• Ex-Apprentice Trainees: In case of Ex-Apprentice Trainees, if age bar comes in the way of the candidate the same would be relaxed to the extent of the period for which the Apprentice had undergone training, in line with Apprentice Act.
• Ex-serviceman: The Upper Age Limit shall not exceed 30 years plus 3 years after deducting the period of service from the present age (plus 5 years for SC candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates)
• Maximum age shall not be more than 55 with all relaxations.

Salary

During the period for tenure Engagement the candidates will be paid following remuneration per month.

• Junior Manager (Contract) - Rs. 30,000/-
• Diploma Technician (Contract) - Rs. 23000/-
• Assistant (Contract) - Rs. 23000/-
• Junior Assistant (Contract) - Rs. 21000/-

Remuneration per month shall be as follows:

• Basic Pay – Minimum of the Pay Scale of the Post/Grade for the engagement.
• Dearness Allowance – As applicable, i.e., IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance).
• Special Allowance – 5% of Basic Pay.
• Annual Increment – 3% of Basic Pay during the tenure.

Application Fee

Application fee (Non-refundable Rs.300/-) to be paid only through SBI Collect (PSU ->Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited -> OFMK-Miscellaneous). SC/ ST / PWD/ Ex-SM / Female applicants are exempted from payment of application fees.

Selection Procedure

• Candidates must have a minimum of 65% marks in the required educational qualification (relaxable by 10% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Shortlisting will be based on marks obtained in the final examination, up to 1.5 times the number of vacancies.
• Shortlisted candidates will undergo Document Verification. Only those clearing this stage will proceed to the Interview.
• Candidates failing document verification will not be allowed to continue further.
• The interview will take place only at Ordnance Factory Medak, Yeddumailaram, Sangareddy, Telangana.
• The final merit list will be prepared based on the weightage of marks.
• If multiple candidates have the same score, the older candidate (by date of birth) will be ranked higher in the merit list.
• Call letters will not be sent by post. Shortlisting, document verification, interview, and final selection results will be published on the AVNL website only.
• Candidates should regularly check the AVNL website for updates on shortlisting, interviews, and results.
• Any corrigendum or clarifications will be uploaded only on the AVNL website, and no separate press coverage will be issued.

• Interested candidates may download the application from the website (avnl.co.in)
• Hard Copy of duly filled in application shall be submitted along with scanned self-attested copies of evidence of proof of age, qualification and experience, last drawn pay including level/grade or CTC as applicable etc.
• The application, complete in all respect together with the required fee should be sent ONLY through India Post i.e. Ordinary Post/Speed Post to "The Deputy General Manager/HR, Ordnance Factory Medak, Yeddumailaram, Dist: Sangareddy, Telangana – 502205, super-scribing the envelope with the Advertisement No. & Name of the post applied for”.
• Applications received by hand shall not be entertained and will be summarily rejected
• The last date for receipt of Application at Ordnance Factory Medak will be 21 Days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News.
• The cut-off date for age, qualification and experience will be the date of advertisement
• OFMK/AVNL management will not take any responsibility for any delay in receipt or loss in postal transit for any application or Communication.
