Qualification Details

• Bank of Baroda, one of India’s largest Public Sector Bank invites offline applications from interested candidates on contractual basis for post of Business Correspondent Coordinator for Khordha, Puri, Nayagarh and Ganjam districts of Odisha from
• Ex-bankers of any PSU Bank up-to the rank of Chief Manager.
• Retired clerks of Bank of Baroda having completed JAIIB.
• Any graduate with Computer Knowledge (MS Office, E-mail, Internet etc.), however qualification like M.Sc.(IT) / BE(IT) / MCA / MBA will be given preference.

Age Limit

The age of ex-bankers at the time of appointment should not exceed 65 years whereas in case of other candidates, it should be in the age group of 21-45 years. All the candidates applying should be resident of Odisha and proficient in local language.

Salary

• Monthly remuneration of BC Coordinator shall comprise both fixed and variable components.
• Fixed Component: 15,000/-
• Variable Component: 10,000/-
• The evaluation of the BC Coordinators will be carried out based on their performance on these parameters on monthly basis and accordingly variable remuneration will be paid to BC
