Vacancy Details

• Vidhyasahayak Class 1 to 5 - 5000
• Vidhyasahayak Class 6 to 8 - 7000
• Vidhyasahayak Class 1 to 5 and Class 6 to 8 - 1852

Qualification Details

Upper Primary (Class 06 to 08) Vidhya Sahayak (Teaching Assistant):

• Assistant Professor of Mathematics/Science: Candidates must have completed 12th grade, P.T.C., D.EL.Ed, B.Sc., B.E., B.Tech., B.Pharm, B.Ed., B.El.Ed., or B.Sc.Ed, and must have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test.
• Assistant Professor of Languages: Candidates should have completed 12th grade, P.T.C., D.EL.Ed, B.A., B.R.S., or B.S.Sc. (with English, Gujarati, Hindi, or Sanskrit as a subject), B.Ed., B.El.Ed., or B.A.Ed, and must have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test.
• Assistant Professor of Social Sciences: Candidates must have completed 12th grade, P.T.C., D.EL.Ed, B.A., B.R.S., B.Sc. (with subjects like History, Geography, Civics, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, Home Science, or Indian Culture), B.Com, B.C.A, BBA, B.El.Ed, B.A.Ed, B.R.S.Ed, B.S.Sc.Ed, B.Com.B.Ed, or B.Ed. (Special Education).

Lower Primary (Class 01 to 05) Vidhya Sahayak (Teaching Assistant):

• Candidates must have completed 12th grade, a diploma in Special Education, P.T.C., D.EL.Ed, or B.El.Ed, and should have passed the Lower Primary Teacher Eligibility Test.

Age Limit

The minimum age limit for applicants is 18 years. The maximum age limit is 33 years for Primary School teachers (Standard 1 to 5) and 35 years for Upper Primary School teachers (Class 6 to 8). Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

Application Fee

The application fee is Rs. 200 for unreserved candidates and Rs. 100 for SC, ST, EWS, and physically handicapped candidates. Payment should be made through cash.
