Heather Gay revealed a fresh new look in season 5 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. During the September 2024 premiere, Mary Cosby noticed that Heather looked slimmer, which led Heather to talk about her weight loss journey.
Heather said, “I finally cracked the code. I lost 25 pounds and now Mary Cosby loves me.”
Last November, she told People, “You lose 5 pounds, people are nicer to you.I don’t know why. It’s just the way the world works and that makes me sad for women. But happy that I’m down 5.”

Heather Gay Personal Life
In July 2000, Heather Gay married Frank William "Billy" Gay III at the Laie Hawaii Temple. Billy is the grandson of well-known business leader Frank William Gay and the nephew of Robert C. Gay, a leader in the LDS Church and former CEO of Huntsman Gay Global Capital. After 11 years of marriage, Heather and Billy separated, but their divorce wasn't finalized until 2014.
