No, Julie Marie Berman is not returning to General Hospital. The role of Lulu Spencer has been recast with Alexa Havins, known for her role as Carey Chandler in All My Children. Berman had previously played Lulu until 2013 but chose to leave to explore other opportunities. Although the show did reach out to Berman about returning, she declined. Alexa Havins is set to debut as Lulu later this fall.
