No, Julie Marie Berman is not returning to General Hospital. The role of Lulu Spencer has been recast with Alexa Havins, known for her role as Carey Chandler in All My Children. Berman had previously played Lulu until 2013 but chose to leave to explore other opportunities. Although the show did reach out to Berman about returning, she declined. Alexa Havins is set to debut as Lulu later this fall.

Julie Berman played Lulu Spencer on the soap opera General Hospital. Lulu is the only daughter of the iconic characters Luke and Laura Spencer. Introduced in 1994, Lulu was originally portrayed by Tessa Allen as a child and then by Julie Berman from 2005 to 2013.
Lulu’s character was quickly aged into a teenager and became involved in various dramatic storylines, including a love triangle and struggles with mental instability after the accidental death of her ex-boyfriend. She also dealt with an on-screen abortion and had a significant romance with Dante Falconeri. Lulu’s rivalry with Maxie Jones eventually turned into a close friendship.
