Qualification Details

• CA or Full Time MBA – Finance. Full Time Graduate in any discipline from a University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/ Govt. bodies/ AICTE Preferred : Full Time MBA (Marketing or Finance)
• B. E. / B. Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Science or MCA from a University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/ Govt. bodies/ AICTE Preferred : MS or Two Year MBA / PGDM
• Graduation in any discipline from a University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/ Govt. bodies/ AICTE AND Two Year MBA / PGDM from Govt recognized University or Institution Preferred : Certificate in Data Science & Certificate in Digital Marketing
• Graduation in any discipline from a University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/ Govt. bodies/ AICTE Preferred : Two Year MBA / PGDM

Salary

Remuneration: Remuneration will be offered based on candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary of the candidate and market benchmark.

Location of Posting

The place of posting will be depending upon the Bank’s requirement from time to time. Selected Candidates shall be placed at any of its Offices/Branches in India.

Application fees

• Rs.600/- + Applicable Taxes + Payment Gateway Charges for General, EWS & OBC candidates
• Rs.100/- + Applicable Taxes + Payment Gateway Charges for SC, ST, PWD & Women
• The candidate is required to pay the non-refundable application fee/Intimation charges irrespective of whether online test is conducted or not and even if the candidate is shortlisted or not for the interview.

Selection Procedure

• Selection will involve shortlisting followed by a personal interview or other methods.
• The bank may alter, cancel, or add selection criteria and processes at its discretion.
• The bank may invite candidates for interview in a specific ratio based on its requirements.
• Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualification, experience, and suitability, but eligibility does not guarantee selection.
• Qualifying marks for the interview or other methods will be set by the bank.
• Candidates must qualify in all selection stages to advance.
• If multiple candidates score the same cutoff mark, ranking will be in descending order of age.
• The bank may consider candidates for other positions or locations if they meet eligibility requirements.
• The bank may merge similar positions if needed.

How to Apply?

• Online Registration of Application starts from : 30.10.2024
• Last date for Submission of Application & Payment of fees: 19.11.2024
• Visit the Bank’s website, register online, and pay the application fee using Debit/Credit Card or Internet Banking.
• Upload Bio-data, scanned photograph, signature, and documents related to eligibility while applying online.
• Carefully fill in the online application; no changes are allowed after submission. Visually impaired candidates are responsible for verifying details.
• Ensure that the candidate’s name matches certificates/mark sheets to avoid disqualification.
• Incomplete applications or unsuccessful fee payments will not be considered valid.
• Submit supporting documents such as Date of Birth proof, Graduation Certificate, Certifications, Experience Letters, CTC breakdown, and recent salary slips.
• Apply well before the closing date to avoid internet or website issues due to high traffic.
• Bank of Baroda is not responsible for application submission failures due to website or internet issues.

Important Notes

1. The process of Registration of application is complete only when fee is deposited with the Bank through On-line mode on or before the last date for fee payment. Candidates are requested to note down the acknowledgement number and a copy of application form for their future reference.

2. Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria for the post as on the date of eligibility. Short-listing and interview / selection method will be purely provisional without verification of documents. Candidature will be subject to verification of details/documents as and when called by the Bank.

3. Candidates are advised to check Bank’s website (Current Opportunities) regularly for details and updates. Call letters/advices, wherever required will be sent by e-mail only. All revisions/corrigendum/modifications (if any) will be hosted on the Bank’s website only.

4. All correspondence will be made only on the email ID mentioned by the candidate in their online application form and the same has to be kept active for receiving communication viz., call letters/Interview Dates/advices etc.

5. Post qualification experience below 6 months in any organization & Experiecnce in Clerial cadre would not be considered.
