Qualification Details

Research Associate

PhD in Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology, PhD in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology with experience in LC-MS/ Lipidomics, PhD in Chemical Science/ Chemistry, PhD in Material Science/Chemistry, PhD in Chemistry/Life Sciences, PhD in Pharmaceutics/ Pharmacology/Life Sciences, PhD in Computer Science/ Computational neuroscience & machine learning

Junior Research Fellowship

• First Class M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Nanotechnology with NET (JRF/LS) qualification from any approved National agency. First Class M.Sc. in Chemistry with NET (JRF/LS) qualification from any approved National agency
• First Class M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Chemical Sciences with NET (JRF/LS) qualification from any approved National agency. First Class M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Computational Chemistry/ Chemical Sciences/ Life Science/ Biomedical Sciences with NET (JRF/LS) qualification from any approved National agency
• First Class M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Material Sciences/ Biomedical Sciences with NET (JRF/LS) qualification from any approved National agency, First Class M.Pharma. in Pharmaceutics/ Pharmacology with NET/GPAT (JRF/LS) qualification from any approved National agency
• First Class M.Sc. with NET (JRF/LS) in Physics/Biophysics/ Radiological/ Medical/ Engineering Physics Or First Class B.Tech with valid GATE score in Biomedical Engineering / Radiological/ Medical/ Engineering Physics Or M.E./M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering / Radiological/ Medical/ Engineering Physics in First Class at Graduate and Post Graduate level (M.E./ M.Tech. is exempted from NET/GATE as per guidelines.)
• First Class M.Sc. with NET (JRF/LS) in Life Science/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences Or First Class B.Tech with valid GATE score in Life Science/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences Or M.E./M.Tech in Life Science/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences in First Class at Graduate and Post Graduate level (M.E./ M.Tech. is exempted from NET/GATE as per guidelines.)

Age Limit

Research Associate: Maximum of 35 years for RA post as on the closing date of receipt of applications. 5 years’ relaxation to SC/ST candidates, 3 years to OBC candidates, and other entitled categories as per govt. rules

Junior Research Fellowship: Maximum of 28 years for JRF post as on the closing date of receipt of applications. 5 years’ relaxation to SC/ST candidates, 3 years to OBC candidates, and other entitled categories as per govt. rules.

Salary

Research Associate: Emolument: Rs.67000/- + HRA as per rules applicable in DRDO.

Junior Research Fellowship: Monthly Stipend: Rs. 37000/- + HRA as per rules applicable in DRDO.

Selection Procedure

• Shortlisted candidates will be communicated through email to appear for the interview. INMAS is located 1 km from Vishwavidyalaya Metro station, Delhi towards Timarpur area/ Opposite to University of Delhi (North Campus) & Nearest Landmark is SBI ATM SSPL Branch, Timarpur, Delhi-110054.
• The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed on the date mentioned against the post
• Written Test may be conducted for RAs/JRFs from 0930-1030 hrs. (depending on the number of candidates appearing on the date of interview) and only those candidates who qualify in the written test shall be interviewed on the same day.

• The candidate should send scanned copy of duly filled signed application form along with supporting documents (educational qualification, matriculation certificate/birth certificate in support of date of birth, GATE/NET score card valid as on closing date of application, caste certificate, if applicable) to [email protected] and [email protected].
• Scanned file should be in a single PDF file [File name should be: SUBJECT CODE_YOUR NAME_DATE OF EMAIL].
• Last date to send online application form by email is 27 Nov 2024
• Candidates should bring Application form along with original certificates/ testimonials with complete bio-data on the date of interview & submit self-attested photocopies of the same, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
